Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations is required: We understand that situations may arise where you need to adjust your appointment. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we kindly request that cancellations be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Right to Cancel and not be charged for missed or late notice cancellation: You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your first appointment at Optifema or any of our partner clinics to avoid late cancellation charges. Partial Refund for Services Already Provided: If Optifema has already begun providing services, the refund amount may be reduced to reflect the value of services already delivered up to the point of cancellation. This will be determined by comparing the service value already provided against the total paid for the contract. Refunds Under Consumer Law: You are entitled to a refund if Optifema does not provide services with reasonable care, skill, or within the agreed timeframes. Statutory Rights: These terms do not affect your statutory rights or other rights under common law, such as seeking compensation for foreseeable losses caused by negligence or breach of contract by Optifema.
