  • Gynae Scans: A gynaecological (Gynae) scan is an ultrasound examination of the female reproductive system, including the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes. It is commonly used to diagnose conditions such as fibroids, cysts, and other abnormalities, as well as to monitor pregnancy and assess pelvic pain or irregular bleeding.

  • Cervical Polyp Removals:Polyp removal, also known as polypectomy, is a medical procedure in which abnormal growths (polyps) form in the lining of the uterus are excised, using minimally invasive techniques.

  • Heavy Menstrual Bleeding: Heavy menstrual bleeding, or menorrhagia, is a condition characterised by abnormally heavy or prolonged menstrual periods that can interfere with daily activities and lead to anaemia.

  • Fibroids: Fibroids are non-cancerous growths that develop in or on the uterus, often causing symptoms like heavy menstrual bleeding, pain, and pressure.

  • POS Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder in women characterised by irregular menstrual cycles, excessive androgen levels, and multiple cysts on the ovaries.

  • Endometriosis: Endometriosis is a painful condition where tissue similar to the lining inside the uterus grows outside the uterus, often affecting the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and pelvic lining.

  • Adenomyosis: Adenomyosis is a condition where the inner lining of the uterus (endometrium) breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus (myometrium), leading to heavy menstrual bleeding, painful periods, and an enlarged uterus.
